I’m sure people have heard that the supreme court decided that the anti-gay protesters have a right to freedom of speech and can protest at dead soldiers funerals. All I have to say is that is total BULL SHIT.

They didnt reall have much of a choice now did they? It was freedom of speech and they couldn’t do much else. They were not violating any private affairs because funerals are public. I am not saying I agree with the Anti-gay/military protestors but the Supreme Court did what they could within their power because they cannot violate the Constitution.
